Join me for a 10-week journey of connection, creativity, and community—designed specifically for individuals navigating early dementia or a recent Alzheimer’s diagnosis, as well as their loved ones and caregivers.
This is not just a space to remember what was. It’s a celebration of what is—a gathering rooted in presence, dignity, and joy.

Martin Herman, a native of Brooklyn, New York, had a diverse background in business before establishing himself as a successful self-published author. Currently residing in Connecticut, nestled halfway up a small mountain, his journey has been marked by a passion for entrepreneurship and a lifelong love for writing.
However, it was not until he approached his 75th birthday that Marty finally took the plunge and published his first full-length novel, The Jefferson Files. This "factional" (fact + fiction) mystery quickly captured the attention of readers spanning an astonishing age range, from 10-year-olds to 93. The protagonist, Will James, struck a chord with readers, igniting their curiosity and leaving them eager for more. Encouraged by the overwhelming response, Herman transformed his debut book into a series of novels that promises to keep readers captivated with suspense and intrigue until the very last page.
In addition to the Will James Mystery series, Martin has authored several equally fascinating books. His novels are packed with surprising plot twists that leave readers thoroughly entertained.
